GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS (AGB) 1. Scope These terms apply to all studio bookings at Viktoria Park Studios, Grossbeerenstraße 50, 10965 Berlin. 2. Booking & Payment A booking is confirmed only after successful payment. Session hours are 11:00–20:00 (Europe/Berlin) per booked day. 3. Use of Studios Guests must treat rooms and equipment with care. Damage caused by negligence may be charged. 4. CANCELLATION POLICY - Free cancellation up to 7 days before the first booked day: full refund. - Cancellation 3–6 days before: 50% refund. - Cancellation less than 3 days before or no-show: no refund. Rescheduling is possible subject to availability and must be requested by email.
